In the lobby of the Science Building, the registration process unfolded with precision, every step meticulously organized. New students seamlessly received necessary materials and completed required forms with ease. Guided by the enthusiastic support of student volunteers, they navigated through registration at the Academic Affairs Office, the Health Center, and the dormitories, experiencing a sense of warmth and belonging akin to being at home.

The day's activities were busy yet organized. After the morning registration, while students underwent placement tests, parents gathered in the auditorium to listen to detailed presentations from various departments about the school's overview, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and management systems. Doubts were resolved here, and trust began to take root.

In the afternoon, various departments including the Student Affairs Office, the Principal's Office, and the Academic Affairs Office organized a series of lectures aimed at assisting new students in swiftly acclimating to the university community. Among these sessions, the opportunity to select courses tailored to their interests and skill levels was particularly anticipated by the newcomers. This initial experience of shaping their academic path ignited a sense of excitement and anticipation for the learning journey that lay ahead.

In the evening, a one-on-one freshman orientation mixer brought the atmosphere to a climax. Through lucky draws, senior student volunteers paired up with freshmen. Over the next month, these seniors would accompany the freshmen through the initial confusion and anxiety of entering campus life, answering their questions and providing guidance. Laughter filled the air during the fun campus knowledge quiz, as everyone enjoyed the games and gained a deeper understanding of the school environment and regulations.

On the morning of February 18th, the freshmen gathered in the library reading room to listen to the introduction of the academic counseling system, learning about dual-excellent courses and projects such as arts, music, rowing, golf, bisness contests and robotics, and completing the final confirmation of course selections. Their faces were filled with determination and anticipation as they were about to embark on an unforgettable journey through high school.
