1.Rowing is a team project and a comprehensive development project. Our teenagers will develop teamwork skills through rowing practice.

2.Rowing is known as the sport that best embodies the spirit of teamwork. There are no individual heroes in rowing. Only when everyone on a boat works together can they row fast. Children can learn how to get along with others in a team through rowing and develop good exercise habits.

3.Adolescence is the most important period for a person to develop exercise habits and cultivate interest in sports. If a good exercise habit can be developed at this time, the child will benefit for life. Rowing is a low-injury, high-fat burning exercise. It uses 85% of the body's muscle groups in a low-injury state, which can effectively exercise aerobic and anaerobic abilities, core strength, balance, and rhythm.

4.Many foreign universities recruit talents for their rowing teams (applying to prestigious universities). The enhancement of related backgrounds is quite attractive when applying to universities.

The Rowing Double Excellence PPT provides a more comprehensive introduction to the rowing project, the coaching team of the club, the teaching system, the training venue and equipment, and other club and excellence project content, as well as past competition results. The club has a coaching team led by the former head coach of the national rowing team, a self-created teaching system, a unique training water area, and professional body fat testing.

Throughout the year, students overcome laziness to get up early for water training in the cold winter, continuously testing their limits on the ergometer, and in other physical training.
