SHBS successfully hosted the TEDxSHBS Youth event in the school auditorium on June 14, 2024. This event was a grand celebration of thought and exchange, designed specifically for young people.

With the theme "Life Like Summer Grass," the event delved into the complex relationship between loneliness and connection to the world. TEDxSHBS Youth invited eight speakers from diverse backgrounds, including a drama performer, a psychological counselor, and SHBS faculty and students. The speakers shared their unique stories and perspectives, exploring how to find resonance and connection in seemingly isolated lives. Their talks inspired the audience to deeply reflect on life, society, and self-awareness.

Notably, the entire TEDx event was planned and organized by a team of SHBS students, with teachers providing necessary assistance. From theme setting to guest invitations and venue setup, the students showcased exceptional creativity and execution. The event received high praise from community members. Many attendees expressed that the talks not only broadened their horizons but also sparked discussions and reflections on important life issues.

This TEDx event left a lasting impression on the participants and laid a solid foundation for continuing such thought-provoking activities within the SHBS community.
