All teachers at Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School are required to meet the following requirements:

Preference will be given to Chinese nationals who have experience at the highest levels of instruction and competition in their subject areas.

Chinese nationals must hold a domestic teaching certificate or an equivalent foreign certificate.

A master's degree or higher is required (for outstanding individuals with over 5 years of teaching experience, a bachelor's degree may be considered).
