每日早晨旨在做好思想引领的P&B，每周旨在让学生尽情体验和充分探索的CAS；每个由学生自创、自建、自管理的社团，每个独具学生所特有的创造性、建设性并被广泛尊重的鲜活创意；每一次精心筹备的社会实践和社区服务活动，每一次温馨、和谐的家校联动等，都是宏润博源践行德育实践的具体措施。

SHBS has a comprehensive system to help with the overall development of the students, such as the P&B session on each morning, which aims to guide the students' values; the CAS session, which allows students to fully experience and explore through different activities; the club sessions, which are created, developed and managed by students themselves; the innovative, constructive and widely-recognized ideas of their own; the carefully planned social practice and community service events; and the sweet activities organized by our parent & school association to make our community more harmonious.

班主任老师以是学生的“生活管理师、生涯规划师、心理咨询师、人生指导师”为价值目标追求，耐心倾听、细心疏导、用心对待，既为良师，又是益友。学生干部团队作为学生自治组织，是学生引领的重要力量，不但领导力得到切实的锻炼，更为全校学生做出了表率和示范。

Pursuing the goal of acting as students' "life manager, career planner, mental health counselor, and life instructor", our homeroom teachers listen to students patiently, guide them carefully, and treat them devotedly, being not only students’ teachers but also good friends. As an organization governed by students themselves, ASB plays an important role in leading other students. Through organizing different activities, the ASB members have not only developed their own leadership but also set an role model for all the other students.

对学生的爱是学校教育工作的出发点和落脚点，是教育行为的根基。宏润博源学校用爱心与耐心，按照教育规律，全力以赴支持学生成长和发展。这种对学生的爱是全方位的，不仅是生活中的点滴关心、支持和指导，更是品格上的培育和引领，以及学业上的规划和督导、人生意义的自我探索和自我构建。

We base our education on our love for the students. SHBS spares no efforts to help students grow up and develop themselves with love and patience pursuant to the law of education. This kind of love is devoted to students in all aspects: Not only care, support and advice were given in their daily life, but also their characters were cultivated and shaped. Furthermore, we help them plan and instruct their studies,and make them be aware of their meaning of life through self exploration and self construction.

教师团队将对学生的爱践行在日常教学实践当中，因材施教、实施差异化教学。一人一课表，课程难度安排依据学生的能力水平，为每个学生提供最适合的课程。

Our faculty team dedicate their love to students everyday by teaching them according to their aptitude and implementing differentiated teaching. To be specific, each student has their own class schedule. Besides, each student is offered the most suitable courses based on his or her own level.

每学期的第一周为Shopping week，这一周内学生按照自己选择的课程去上课和体验，允许同学们在这一周内调整课程。各科老师都会尽心尽责，经常与班级同学进行一对一沟通，深入了解每位同学在学习上的困惑。班主任和升学指导老师，会经常与同学们沟通课程规划，并跟进同学们的学业表现，及时提供帮助和指导。

The first week of each semester is a “shopping week”. During this week, students attend classes they have chosen, and they are allowed to adjust their courses within this week. Teachers of all subjects do their duties conscientiously by often talking to their students one on one to get to know what they are puzzled about in their studies. Homeroom teachers and the College Counseling teachers often talk to students about their course planning, follow up their academic performance, and provide timely help and advice.

上海宏润博源学校学生活动以CAS (Creativity Action Service）为主要依托，以学生全面发展的需求为核心，以激发学生综合潜能为导向。新生体验营很好地帮助学生融入学校文化和课程体系；迎新晚会促进了社区的融合与壮大；意外伤害保护及处置能力讲座很好地帮助了学生提高自救和他救的意识和能力；辩论赛、演讲比赛等学术活动为学生提供了丰富而具有挑战的英语练习机会，让学生真正沉浸于纯英语的学术氛围中；运动会、抢旗活动等体育类活动培养了社区的运动氛围；北辰论坛等学生自主组织的活动则给予学生讨论校园实事话题，共同参与学校治理体系；朗诵比赛极好地营造了学校多语交融环境；艺术节大大浓郁了校园艺术氛围，也为更多同学创造了展示自己才华的机会；建设上海活动更是将社会实践与学生生涯规划和区域特点探索深度融合，是理论联系实践的PBL教学典范等等，一系列活动成为学校教育的高效载体。

Relying on CAS(Creativity, Action, Service), SHBS takes the students' all-round developments as the core and stimulates students' comprehensive potential as its goal. The Orientation Camp satisfactorily helps newly-enrolled students adapt to the school culture and curriculum system before the semester starts; the “Celebrate theNew” party promotes the integration and growth of the community; the lectures on how to protect ourselves and how to cope with accidental injuries help students raise their awareness and ability of self-rescue and rescuing others. Academic activities such as debate competitions and speech contests provide students with rich and challenging opportunities to practise English, so that students can really immerse themselves in the academic atmosphere of English only; sports activities such as sports games and capture the flag activities cultivate the sportsmanship of the community; activities independently organized by students such as Beichen Forum give students the opportunity to discuss school affairs on campus, and participate in the management of the school; the recitation contest has created an excellent multilingual environment in the school; the art festival has greatly enriched the campus art atmosphere and created opportunities for more students to show their talents; the Building Shanghai project integrates social practice with students' career planning and exploration of regional characteristics, making a model of PBL teaching combining theory with practice. A series of activities have become an efficient carrier of school education.
